Recently I often see big SHISHITOs at a local super-market.
Compare to so-called PIiMANs (conventional green pepper), they are more conical, longer, and less fleshy.
They are suitable for stuffed SHISHITOs.
Cut off the stem-ends and remove the seeds out carefully and stuff cooked ingredients of the soup I had last night.
Cooked carrot and beef and noodle with OKARA (TOFU lees) are stuffed into the SHISHITO with a small spoon and a chopstick.
The stuffed SHISHITOs are grilled in a pan together with chopped garlic, peanuts, and cut potatoes.
