Took my new Canon G10 for a walk and this was one of the first photos, lovely Kookaburra by the Yarra river. Somebody's cousin came by my yard to visit his cousin First time I had seen snow in Grand Canyon...on the way home from Sundance. re: It's a hard life..@Documentally. (Just like we dont make the coffee ourselves/are detached...) A white New Years Eve day in Westport Old times!. Anaconda old times!! old times!! "Joe" Hummingbird enjoys a sip of 4:1 fresh sugar water in the morning sun.   Everything is drying out from the rain. Saucers are back UNDERNEATH THE PLANTS to be in compliance. This is a picture I took right behind where I live. This was from March 2008. There's all sorts of weird birds, and exotic ducks, hawks, eagles, ospreys, and owls. Merry Xmas, Freueliche Weinachten, and all that stuff ;-) This little fella (size of thumbnail) is called a ZigZag Spider. Can you see why? Lives in Hawaii, apparently. This is me relaxing and watching the water one lovely day recently. There are 3 species of this bird in the U.S. In the eastern U.S. this is a whipperwill. In Oklahoma it may be called something else. My books are at home, so I cannot be certain of the name.
