Studies show that there are dietary triggers why desserts are comforting when a person is stressed out as they release an amount of endorphins, fats and sugars. I will not be talking much about that part since I am not a licensed dietician neither that I’m well-versed with the terms and other details of this subject. All I know is that this has been yet a stressful week and what better way to cope up than to have a sumptuous, mouthwatering, breathtaking, and fulfilling share of sweets. Okay, that might have just been an overkill of adjectives and it sure does show how much I love desserts! It is one of the best parts of a full meal! So indulge but try to be in control. Too much of anything is a no-no.
