A small sample of the basic items for my meals: real existing #Food as nature makes it: apple, orange, red and yellow bell pepper, celery stalks, egg, small cucumbers, ... Also eat nuts, seeds, berries, beans, peas, regular potatoes and sweet potatoes, healthy fats, sometimes pseudo-cereals, ... and err ... that's more or less pretty much it 99.999 % of the time! No cakes, no pizza's, no pasta's, no bread, no cheese, no soy products, no fake meats, no sprouts, very rarely grains, ... Don't try this at home: it is my very own self tailored frugal diet over the years since 2006. I thrive on it, and maybe you'll just drop dead on it? My present body weight and my blood markers are always OK . Just had to supplement Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D due to low blood levels.
