【Eggplant and tomato sauté with ONTAMA (soft boiled egg at below boiling point)】
When I boil chicken, pork, or beef, I try making at least 2 different side dishes. Usually, I take out meat from the pot. In the soup, I add extra vegetables. The meat is cut and put into some salad or stir-fry things. I am an economical or stingy person.
The ingredients of today’s soup are pumpkin, radish, onion, and sweet corn.
The boiled chicken wings for the today’s soup will be used tomorrow.

Today, again, I placed my favorite coriander leaves.
Fried fishes on the top are called KIBINAGO, from a certain local supermarket.
【Asian-ish Spicy Pork and Brown Rice ROCOMOCO】
Stir-fry chopped ginger, garlic, cashew nut, onion, coriander roots and stems, some peppers, and minced pork.
Seasonings: salt, sugar, MISO, SAKE lees, SAKE, soy source.
Coriander leafs are my favorite (though a lot of persons dislike them).
The hard cooked egg with soy source smells nice. I love the flavor of star anise, too.
