Day 2: Use neck, giblets, chicken broth,onions, celery, mushrooms to prepare gravy stock. - #cooking

Saute veggies/spices/chicken broth, mix w/ bread cubes. Stuffing is ready to go in da oven - #cooking (set aside 1 bowl for turkey)

Meanwhile, chop up veggies for stuffing, gravy and to place in turkey pan - #cooking

Finished pumpkin pie with leaf decorations - #cooking Let cool then refrigerate overnight.

Pumpkin cheesecake in graham crust before going in da oven (oh, make sure to bake pies seperately!) - #cooking (put pies in frige when cool)
