Finally done, all three batches ready to go. Now, tomorrow they go to the parental units; and along with some veal (yearling really) saltimboca will make up their anniversary dinner.

Garlic pasta packed, and the whole egg cracked pepper pasta is on the dry. Just the truffle pasta left next.

First batch done - a kilo of roasted garlic & parsley buttermilk fettuccine. *sigh* two more to go.

3 batches of pasta ready for the next stage: top (green) is roast garlic and parsley, left (brown) is porcini-truffle and the right (red) is black pepper and paprika. Am recording everything down with photos to be posted on nomasterchef.tumblr.com later.

for little miss demanding (@ange_black) one coffee and some home made bread w/ french butter.
