A wine treat. Ch d'Yquem 96 magnum. As good as you'd expect. Sure, you could put it away for 50 yrs but tasted awsome the other night. Unctuous, creamy, great acid, seamless and endless.

An iconic NZ wine, Stonyridge Larose99. Still youthful but beautifully balanced and structured. Ripe berry, spice, dried herb and subtle cedary oak. Medium-full, layered and firm. Stunning. Good for another 5-7 years.
