"My son and I first tried this recipe as a sample during our weekly grocery trip to Wegmans. We were immediately hooked and since the recipe was available on the spot as well as the ingredients, we decided to give it a try. It became one of the best recipe decisions we've made in a while! The procedure is so easy my son makes it. The variety of vegetables that can be used makes this recipe versatile. We have also added chicken and served it over rice for a meal in itself. The red curry sauce has just the right amount of kick that it appeals to my husband and his love for spicy foods and yet is mild enough for the kids to enjoy. For a busy working and tight-scheduled family, this recipe has made a great addition to our weekly meals!"

Sponge Candy Demo

Our local chocolatier Larry Szrama will be hosting a Sponge Candy Demonstration this Saturday from 1-3 at McKinley. Larry is the part owner of Landies Candies located in Buffalo and is the exclusive producer of our Wegmans Swiss Recipe Chocolate. Landies has been producing this fine chocolate for Wegmans for the past eight years. Wegmans carries over 30 varieties of Swiss Recipe Chocolate as well as seasonal novelties. Sponge Candy is one of Landies specialties and a Buffalo favorite.
