Time to shuck off my clothes and jump into my ratty, over-sized red nightshirt.

Took sausage & greens from @YvonneBeasley, chopped the greens, quartered the sausage, added to Vigo Yellow Rice cooked in chicken broth seasoned with pepper, anise and crushed Thai chili, finished with grated Parmesan.

Even in the depths of my funk I find something nice in the closet. A forgotten new pair of hi-tops.
