I got to see the Veterans Day parade that started at Reunion Tower today and passed my school.

App night in class! We made grilled marinated scallops wrapped with prosciutto and an olive & caper relish

Tonight we had potato cakes & sirloin topped with herb butter & chimichurri sauce!

We made a pork stir fry with curry sauce & rice tonight. Good, but not my favorite

Marinated pork loin with sweet potato purée & warm chipotle sauce. Yes! It was Good!
