Summer has officially begun. Picked two cups of serviceberries yesterday.
Main event: Smoked garlic sausage and smoked pork chops w St. J. sauerkraut from The Pork Shoppe in Shakespeare.
BBQ roasted potatoes with garden chives and chive blossoms were delicious.
Lentil greek salad was the healthiest part of dinner tonight.
Dinner tonight is salmon and asparagus terrine with bulgur wheat and bbq'ed veg.
The Summer Kitchen Banana Patch jam is remarkably good. Here on homemade Red Fife bred.
