This structure is the OSIM. The OTE Optical Simulator. The OTE is the Optical Telescope Element (ie, the mirrors). Enough acronyms? ;-)
You can see the mirrors on the OSIM in this picture, near the middle of the image.
This structure is very cool. It acts like a telescope and is used to test the instruments.
Last but not least, the MIRI Structural Thermal Model.
