Went to visit old friend at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Beautiful day. Saddened to find golf ball on grass...
Alas 5) bland lamb chops, a nice rib (tho it looked like it was from festival BBQ truck), and small merguez...
Tiny tuna (over)seared. Utterly hidden smoked eel. Best part was corn hair...
3) Salmon belly, which was quite tasty, but once again invaded by jelly cubes...lots of wasted potential...
2) Lobster in myriad of stuff...tomato water was best part of dish, sadly. Looks nice, good ice, but...
Just FYI my 5 savouries at Toque. Looks great, taste nice, but experience was shoddy... 1) Scallops in raspberry.
