Needed to do a final seer after the plating, but nothing beats grass-fed beef, wine in hand...
For dinner: this beautiful grass-fed ribeye, sprouts and carrots roasted w/ duck fat, and bottle of brunello...
Didn't plate very well, but this is my combined lunch and dinner!
Roast duck done while the market was steady...was making a few trades and accidentally left it in too long...
