My favourite dessert was the margarita lime pie.. the shot when sipped between bites of the pie really brought out the tanginess.

Beautiful presentation, but I find parma ham over-powers the fish.

Delicious newspaper-wrapped haddock & chips with fab mushy broad beans - posh all the way, it was in the FT!

My favorite starter.. Potted chicken livers. Love the bark plate, tho with hindsight I'm missing the connection.
