My cheesecake is starting to settle!

I baked cheesecake from scratch! It smells really good & @ericsuh is having a hard time waiting for it to cool.

I made pâte sablée cookies. They're super buttery and delicate. @ericsuh ate all of these in < 5 minutes!

I baked a sweet acorn squash & toasted almonds with baked orange zest.
