My favorite course from The Pass: "Ham and eggs" which involves a huge cracklin' and hackleback roe.

The menu at The Pass last night. Opted for the full 8-courses, of course.

Blackeyed pea cakes w/ fried okra over okra & corn . Also tried 3 vegan tamales and a fried avocado taco.
