Coffee and doughnuts: Kenyan coffee and amarula creme brûlée, cake koeksisters, and creme anglaise.
Wild boar tenderloin with mealie pap, chakalaka, white truffle oil, and micro cilantro. Haven't had it in a while!
Palate cleanser: coconut cardamom sorbet. Absolutely incredible. Refreshing, slightly sweet, but a perfect transition
Beetroot salad with toasted sunflower seeds, lamb merguez sausage, and herb-buttermilk dressing. Love this so much.
