Perpetual tourist. I'm at theme parks a lot. I take tons of photos. Sometimes I eat fancy things. Often all three at once.
Entree was Colorado rack of lamb with cassoulet and Nicoise tart of goat cheese, onions, arugula and asparagus.
This soup. My god. This soup. There's a reason why it's $29. And it's worth every damned penny.
Escargot ravioli. Definitely not the flavor you'd expect. Far less garlicky than traditional preparations.
And here's the amuse. Looks suspiciously familiar to Food and Wine France booth visitors ;)
So, I ended up here. Not the most wise financial decision, but Merry Christmas to me :)

This wahoo dish is still as good as ever. I would come here just for this. Crazy amount of flavors in one bite.
Cheeeeese. Portion on the honey crisp cut down significantly from last week.
Because I really want sweet potato bread pudding...
So, this happened last night. I was mentioned by cheese. Something to cross off the bucket list? Unclear. But awesome.
