The dinner I made tonight: smoked salmon chowder with fresh-spinach & yogurt, three-cheese grilled cheese and feta/tomato salad:

Crispy tilapia served with crimini mushroom sauce, baked potato with chevre & green herb salad with Greek feta-balsamic.

Bottega del Vino may be my favorite atmosphere for coffee in NYC:

Tonights pre-dinner snack: Greek fruit salata: spectacular fresh fruit, fage yogurt, vanilla, pistachios, maple syrup.
