5th Course: Bourbon County paired with chocolate pecan pie, vanilla bean gelato, and malted whipped cream.
3rd Course: Juliet paired with porchetta, pork confit potatoes, braised greens, and blackberry mostarda.
2nd Course: Lolita paired with burrata, prosciutto, apricots, watercress, and prosciutto vinaigrette.
1st Course: Gillian paired with white pepper strawberry sorbet in a Tuile cone.
