Cooking albacore tuna confit, with lemon zest and coriander seeds.
Julienned celery root for a crab salad, in some lemon water to keep it from turning brown, C
Grated ginger, orange zest, and diced shallots to go into a Hawaiian style marinade for fish.
Homemade vegetable stock to cook quinoa, a nutty grain with great flavor.
Late lunch today, Chopped dill and diced cucumber,mixed with yogurt to make Tzatziki.
Parsley, lemon zest, and red jalapeno to marinate shrimp in.
Lunchtime today with friends, Peaches, Feta & Arugula !
