Now hopburst/continuously hopping 'til flameout!! Hoooopppsss!

These are the hops going in today's AIPA, 90% of them in the last 10 mins. This Citra smells like peaches!! :D

Added new French + Am oak staves to an Impy Porter to mellow before using them in a Flanders Red. Coffee to follow!

I also pasteurized some reduced wort in PET bottles as a kind of flat "vitamalz" - energy drink for brewers!

Simcoe, Citra & Nelson Sauvin just arrived at the uni brewery - just in time for me to brew an America IPA! I2PA next?

Halfway through boiling a Flanders Red Ale, took a break for a pizza party. Who needs $ when you've got beer & flour?

Walked to from for a Machiato (blend) & Ristretto (Sumatran Lintong) - highlight of my day!
