Step 4C: Bolt the two halves together and slush the seam. Added black tint to make sure I don't miss a spot.
Step 4B: Add a few layers of fibreglass mixed with the urethane resin for added strength.
Step 4: Slush cast a few layers of resin to start building up a wall thickness.
Step 3C: Crack it open. And there you have it, 3 simple steps for making a mould.
Step 3B: Beige sticky goo. Which happens to be sharp as knives and hotter than the surface of the sun. Wear gloves
Step 3: mdf seam. Taking the few hours more to do it properly here will save me days of headaches later.
