A bear created by cartoonist Phil Frank, found in the Sierras by The Big Guy & given to his Lady. I now travel with them when they go on adventures.
It got pretty wild at times. Definitely an E ticket ride.
Things one does on a while waiting for a waterbed to drain. If you didn't see the pic here's a video.
Native Americans used to spend Summers here gathering & processing acorns. ZB: don't look like a spa to me.
It's been here for centuries, it won't move. ZB: Can we go back & get some more pie?
Why would you feel this wasn't safe? ZB: I don't know, I just have this feeling.
Next we visited a place called Globe Rock. Teddy Roosevelt visited it years ago. ZB: Are you sure this is safe?
But they really know how to serve up a slice of pie. ZB: Can we stay awhile they got 3 more types of pie to try.
One of the places was an old High Sierra Store. The gaspump actually works. ZB: How far in the wilderness are we?
The trade offs you've got to do to get someone to take your medal pictures. Can we get to the official ones now?
This is me with my 2012 Teddy Olympics medal. *Proud Bear*
I got my Olympic Medals over the weekend. Here I'm doing my Mark Spitz/Michael Phelps impression.
I caught the Grizzlies' mascot, Parker's eye. He gave me a thumb's up for my outfit.
We went to a Grizzlies game tonight & I wore my full Giants kit. Finally they won a game with me present. 1-0.
This is Jammer & I watching the eclipse. This is when it was it's fullest here. Shadow provided by Big Guy.
But I will share with Jammer. We have breakfast for tomorrow.
I demonstrated to Jammer my patented "Dibs on the leftovers" dive. No body gets between me & the leftovers.
Of course we had to have some ahem "Root Beer" to wash it down with.
After finishing Klondike Derby, Jammer & I desided to have pizza. Here we're serving up before Big Guy gets back.
Me I was good for 3/4 of a pound. The boys earned the gold (then candy) by competing in events & showing spirit.
The boys weighed their gold on a big scale & got it's weight in candy as shown by my friend Jammer. 1/4 oz for him
