Dinner idea: grilled salmon with wild rice and kale salad. :)

Breakfast idea: "Kashi" whole grain waffle with blueberries and a side of cottage cheese. :)

Lunch: Cajun seared tuna w/ baby corn, tomato, spring greens & balsamic vinaigrette

Breakfast: mini pancake, no syrup, grapes and mango ricotta cheese.

Hey will u let ur son Chris know that I made sure his flowers made it back to my home :)

Just got my mini bamboo steamer. Time to cook some veggies :)

Healthy snacks cut up and ready to eat :)

With a bamboo steamer, you don't loose the nutrients in the water, like you would if you just boiled the vegetables.
