Dinner idea: grilled salmon with wild rice and kale salad. :)
Breakfast idea: "Kashi" whole grain waffle with blueberries and a side of cottage cheese. :)
Lunch: Cajun seared tuna w/ baby corn, tomato, spring greens & balsamic vinaigrette
Breakfast: mini pancake, no syrup, grapes and mango ricotta cheese.

With a bamboo steamer, you don't loose the nutrients in the water, like you would if you just boiled the vegetables.
