Just got my in the mail. Toasted sour dough, salted butter + 2x espresso Happy 2012

Pork Crown Roast w/ apples, bacon, corn bread and herbs. 350 2 1/2 hours.

2- 10 bone organic, frenched racks of pork from Sonoma County.

Make small slits in between the bones so the "Crown" can flex.

Corn bread for Pork Crown Roast stuffing.

2c corn meal, 1c flour, 2c buttermilk, 4 eggs, 1/4c sugar, 2tps bs and bp

Mix the dry ingredients together, mix the wet ingredients together 1/4 stick melted butter.

Corn Bread's done.

Base for creamed turnips. 3 #'s turnips, sauté in butter and bay.

Add greens, it looks like too much but it will cook down. Add only water for now.
