Traffic reporter for KCBS in the San Francisco Bay Area. I'll Tweet pictures from my perch high above...and maybe even some wisdom.
And my view when I look the other way, towards mt. Diablo:
The coastline is dotted with fishing boats...many more than can be seen here.
Wow...if you haven't been outside yet, rush to see this. The sunrise is like right out of a Cecil B DeMille movie:
It's cold alright...but it sure is clear! Mt Diablo as seen from Emeryville:
Lots of low clouds around the bay area. Here's what it looks like above the overcast:
Sunrise over the salt flats in Hayward:
People on the beaches already?!
San Francisco at twilight. The bay is so calm this morning:
It's so clear around the bay area, but take a look at what lies beyond the Antioch Bridge. The valley is covered in fog:
Activity at the bay bridge. That black SUV is not moving:
The golden gate bridge at dawn:
This is all going to happen before I take off beginning next week. I'll have enjoy these while I can. #sunrise over Carquinez straights:
The staging area for the #sfgiants parade,30 private busses at china basin. There's a private party in that tent on the pier.
People already gathering I'm front of city hall...I'd guess about 300 so far:
Hey! The view over the nose of Sky 1...The sky is #sfgiants orange, too.
That little orange blur is the worlds most beautiful City Hall--all lit up in Orange for the champion #sfgiants:
I just noticed this little tribute to the #sfgiants. The S and F are painted orange:
San Francisco just outside my window...mostly clear with just a finger of fog:
From the rain in Marin to the blue skies in Oakland...that's the bay area for you:
Calm skies smiling over 1 Willie Mays Plaza. Go #SFGiants:
