Now for the sweet course. We love strawberries & basil, with & without sugar & a squeeze of lemon also with cream!
The main course, bolognese filled pancakes. Savoury and satisfying. Ori's usual favourite.
Oooh it tasted so good, Ori love it so much he overfilled each pancake! He shovelled them down quick with hands!
Savoury Filling two. Ori loves bolognese with lean minced beef, onion, garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms & fresh basil
Savoury fish course. Flaky chunks of smoked haddock with crisp pancetta, leeks, onion, chives, garlic & cream
Let's get this show started, the fillings are ready, the batter is smooth
To finish add fresh fruit, berries or orange segments. Dust again. Enjoy the silky smooth taste & textures.
Top with Chocolate nibs from the Chocolate Cafe in Ramsbottom. They do Teapigs & loadsa yum chocs inc. some vegan ones
