What a wonderful day! May your heart shine as bright as the sun! Warm greetings to whereever you are!
For dessert I served my guests Vanilla and Licorice Ice Cream (not self made!) with Hot Chocolate & Red Berries.
As main course I served a Tenderloin in a pond of Red Wine and Yellow Boletuses Sauce in a barricade of Pasta.
As a starter I did a Ratatouille from Salmon, Ginger, Charlottes & Oranges with Lemon Juice and a Tiger Prawn.
Tomorrow I tell you what I'm preparing here, only right now I'm a little busy... hehe...
