Lol this are the silly tube pants needed for the anti-gravity machine

Cont: twist + shovel it out! Will get your heart rate up too!!

Scoop and Shovel: scoop up the "dirt" and....

Cont: Bring up into a shoulder press. Add pelvic thrust to activate glute!

Wide Tube Squat. Toes forward, hips back, chest up...

Cont: Neutral spine, hips level. Eyes up.

Kettlebell deadlift. Barefoot :) start standing up right, firm grip on bell.
