Oatmeal w/ sliced almonds, golden raisins, fresh apple, fresh kiwi, & cinnamon...amazing!
Nice summer salad: mixed greens,mushroom, bell pep, tom, cucumber, beets, apple, hint of feta c., balsamic vin, tri-tip
Going on the grill: home grown squash & zucchini. Rubbed on olive oil, cumin, cayanne pep, salt & pep. 2-3min each side
