Culloden battlefield last week. The monument to the Highlanders was raised in the 1880s in the clan cemetery.
Carrier I encountered on Blue Beach, San Carlos Water. Relic of the Falkland's lesser known military heritage.
Winter is coming. Stopped off at the 'Rest and be Thankful' on the way home from the Loch House. Cracker of a day.
RIP Frank Stone. Veteran of the Great Escape, gentleman in the true sense of the word and a good friend.
