watching chefs cook at CIA, its like watching food network (back when they used to cook) but with smells...
the corn pudding that we had with lunch was also great-southern cooking, american menus... its all about eating food from the USA!
buttermilk peanut crusted chicken was also part of the lunch line up
ribs for lunch..... they were fatty and delicious, but now that I am seeing pix of pigs, i feel kind of bad for eating them.. but they were still great!

I ate truck food today in Oakland at Joes Street Eats.. I know truck food is no longer the thing (especially now that foodnetwork is doing it!) but I liked my ahi tuna roll!
