Stuffed after a delicious feast , even though a certain toddler ate most of the deep-fried okra. Will be back soon!

Why have I never made and 's Plantain & Pinto Bean Stew w/ roasted Plantain Chips before? So good!

A batch of my roasted vegetable & pinto bean enchiladas drizzled w/ chipotle cashew cream just came out of the oven.

Dinner tonight: Bahn Mi Pita w/ fries. I love the homemade bread baked daily in their dragon head brick oven!
