My all-time fav summer salad: quinoa with black beans, corn, cilantro lime dressing & a boatload of jalapeños

Today a scruffy @ronsteele7 ate omelet w mushrooms,spinach,goat & cheddar cheese,fresh fruit & millet-chia toast

Served my patient blueberry pancakes topped with bananas & fresh blueberry sauce. He ate every last bite.

Hospital cafeteria vegetarian chili with itty bitty corn. I love tiny food.
