Tonight after sunset a thin crescent moon will pass 3° north of Jupiter, & Venus will be shining brightly above.

Just had two random Turkey's in the back yard. That was a fun surprise.

It's amazing that after waking up to this yesterday it still turned out to be a nice clear day. (foggy panorama)

I had no luck with my videos of Saturn, but I did get a decent image of Comet Garradd

most of the SDO images seem to have a face on them.

SOHO EIT 171. There's a face on the sun.

There's comet swan in lasco c3 to the lower left.

My Mom just called, she had to put down her yellow lab. Odie was a sweet dog, may he RIP.

Having issues collimating F/5 telescope. Any suggestions based on the attached pic? This is through Cheshire tube

Here's that image of the bass I caught.

Even the southern parts of NY have a chance to see the aurora if it is still strong tonight

Looks like the x-class flare distorted Lasco c3 a bit

hopefully it will be high tonight, and clear. The sumspot 1429 is huge and getting more earth directed

Quite a few sunspots facing towards Earth right now. Big one on top left is 1429.

Here's a shot of the flare.

Sunspot 1429 unleashed X-1 class solar flare over night. I'll post more as it comes in.

Here is a view of where they all were tonight; Moon, Jupiter, Venus, Mercury. Hope this helps :)

Sunspots 1423-1426 on the Earth side

Was able to get a quick shot of Jupiter, Moon, and Venus.
