My guess would be that it is comparing those issues in men and women not referring to transsexuals, lol. I had to be tested for female issues when getting my digestive issues diagnosed because they can mimic each other ;)

People hate what they don't understand. It's really sad. Hopefully, someday, people will be more accepting of others, particularly when those others are brave enough to share who they really are!
