2. The system scan will not initialize if you are using Firefox and have AdBlock on. 3. The authenticated session will mysteriously and randomly drop you in between steps. The result? Lots of confirmation e-mails. Lots of hassle. Sigh.

ation if you are using Safari (mac/win), Firefox (mac/win-vm), IE7 (win-vm). I tested using VMWare. You will know it failed because after you complete a step, you will mysteriously be back at the Terms of Agreement.
