I totally agree with the comments. The USA started a "love affair" with desktop controls that went sour. Promoted by the manufacturers they are hated by the crews who call them "knee knockers". You cannot beat a good old tried and tested AAR control stand
oh! and isnt the sliding side window arrangement the wrong way around? how does the driver see out of the window without standing up and bending around the control desk??
after the US Canada and Australia abandoned desktop controls.....we adopt them!! proven to be more ergonomically stressful for the driversupper body and arms as opposed to side mounted control stands!
