Seems we left out a pretty big one—right to work. Along with his fellow Kentuckian, Sen. Rand Paul, McConnell introduced an amendment to the Employment Non-Discrimination Act that would have established a national "right to work" law. Right to work laws are pushed by extreme pro-business interests who frequently are quite dishonest about both the intent and the effects of such laws.
