I was aware of a terribly emaciated dog ( skin and bone, he had deteriorated so much!!) in Pallady quite a few weeks ago, at the time we tried to take him out, but the person we sent could not find him. Over the last week Rebecca went to Pallady in Romania and found him, she tried to reserve him but he had been reserved by someone else, we were told he needed to be neutered before he could come out, but because he was so emaciated we all tried to get them to stop the neutering. Last we heard the vet was to look at the dog and decide weather or not to neuter him. Today we found out they neutered him last night and he was found dead this morning. This vet needs to be held responsible, how could any one decide to neuter a dog in this condition!!! I'm so sorry sweetheart you didn't even have a name!! You wont be forgotten R.I.P.
