Punter hits bookie for £29,000

@SPGBETTING bookmakers where rocked on Saturday night after a Whiterock punter took them for close to £29,000 with a bet we can only dream off.
The canny punter placed a £1 Lucky 15 along with a £1 each-way quad so in total he spent £17.00 on his bet.
The bet outlay was paid for right away when the game Safety Check got the verdict in a five-way photo finish in the first race at Ascot winning at 8/1 - his luck seemed in.
His next race was the 3.30 at Ascot and his selection Battersea went off the as one of the 8/1 co-favourites. The race was that wide-open but he scooted home and our punter had bagged a brace of 8/1 winners.
He had a few hours wait before his next selection was due to run and Algar Lad went off at a massive 20/1 and just held on and our punter had just registered a 1700/1 treble with one leg to come.
Again he had to wait as his selection Equally Fast wasn’t due to run until the 7.50pm race and he did not let our punter down, making all and winning a five-furlong sprint with a bit in hand at 5/1 odds to deliver a massive knock-out blow to Sean Graham bookmakers.
He picked up £18,478.80 off his Lucky 15 with a built-in bonus of £3,079.80 and picked up £10,314.00 off his each-way quad - lifting a total of £28,792.80.

A great piece of punting from the Whiterock punter.
