Broad high pressure in the upper air will remain anchored over the southern plains states Monday, keeping southwest flow aloft streaming into Colorado and bringing monsoon moisture into the state. scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected over the mountains, with isolated activity around the lower elevations in the afternoon and evening.
