The HOLOCAUST continues in #Romania !! The HITLER from #Mangalia Cristian Radu killed all dogs!! Today we have sad news. ALL of the dogs in Mangalia shelter have been 'euthanised' today, indiscriminately. Many had only been in for a few days, NOT the 14 days that are required by law. One lady was in hospital and found out that her beloved pet had been taken there, her daughter raced to save him but was too late. Heartbreaking. This is why we MUST fight harder. RIP babies
