A cool upper level system will continue to move slowly through northern Utah toward Colorado and Wyoming today...and showers and thunderstorms can be expected to develop again around the viewing area....with the possibility of snow showers above 11 thousand feet. Locally heavy rain and flash flooding will continue to be a concern on burn scars and urban areas. Look for temperatures to stay below average again...before warmer and drier weather moves back into the area for Labor Day weekend. (Please visit http://weather.gov/pub for more information.)
