A cool upper level storm system will continue to move slowly across the state through Thursday. Scattered showers and thunderstorms can be expected to continue over and near higher terrain through Thursday with the possibility of snow showers above 11000 feet. Flash flooding will continue to be a concern over much of the mountain region.
