That's #Romania This heppend in #Constanta Only few people care about animals! This was written by a local animalrescuer: I found 5 puppies into the garbage. I take them out, I made them a shelter and I feed them! After few hours when i go again to feed them, they was not there. Someone took them and let them near the street. For one of them was too late. I found him dead in the street. I take the others and I made them other shelter in a little "forest" Last night someone let a plastic bag with others 4 puppies in front of my building. They soon open their eyes:( I took them and let them in that little shelter that I made for the others puppies. They cant stay there,they need a safe place. Here are soo many evil people who will kill them if will found them. I have no place for them. i do all my best for them and they really need help.
