A limited supply of monsoon moisture will work across the western half of Colorado through the upcoming weekend, with isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms continuing over the high country. A few storms could develop across the eastern plains today, mainly near the mountains, but most areas across the eastern plains should remain dry. Area temperatures will continue a slow warming trend into the upcoming weekend, but will still be below seasonal averages. Highs will warm into the 70s to mid 80s over most areas today.
